Simone Secchi

Simone Secchi is a Principal AMBA Architect at Arm since September 2013, specializing in the AMBA CHI C2C protocol specification. Previously served as Technical Director for HW Applications Engineering, leading a global team to optimize Arm technology for partners, particularly in System IP products. Earlier roles at Arm included Senior Applications Engineering Manager, Staff Application Engineer, and Senior Application Engineer. Prior to Arm, Simone worked as a Research Associate at the University of Cagliari, focusing on MPSoC computing platform architecture exploration and design. Additionally, worked at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory as a Postdoctoral Research Associate in High Performance Computing, contributing to the CASS-MT project on architecture design and FPGA prototyping. Simone holds a Ph.D. from Università degli Studi di Cagliari, with previous education culminating in a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
