Snild Dolkow is currently a Staff Performance Analysis Engineer at Arm, where they focus on optimizing performance. Previously, they served as Lead Engineer and Systems Engineer at Sony Mobile Communications, leading a team focused on performance, power, and thermal aspects of devices while also debugging Android systems. Their early career included a role as a Consultant at Combitech AB, where they primarily worked with Sony Mobile Communications, and as a Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, LTH, where they assisted in various programming lab exercises and marked exams.
