Sonia Ng

Sonia Ng is a Learning & Talent Development Executive with over 15 years of experience in strategic talent leadership. They served on the Board of Directors for Creating IT Futures from 2017 to 2022, focusing on creating pathways for individuals to succeed in IT careers. Sonia was a Principal/Consultant from 2003 to 2007, where they built and led a consulting firm specializing in performance and training development. Currently, they serve as the Director of HR Business Partner at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, advising on talent development, inclusion, and workforce planning, while pursuing a BA in Political Science at the University of California, Davis, and a Master’s in Human Resources & Organization Development at the University of San Francisco.
