Spencer Collins

Spencer Collins is the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Arm. Prior to joining Arm, Spencer was the General Counsel at SB Management Limited from August 2020 to September 2021. Before SB Management Limited, they served as a Board Director at AUTO1 Group from February 2020 to February 2021.

Spencer has also worked as Managing Partner and General Counsel at SoftBank Investment Advisers from October 2021 to September 2022, where they were also a partner in the Investment Team at SoftBank Vision Fund. Prior to that, they worked as a Tech M&A and Investment Lawyer at White & Case LLP from September 2016 to October 2017.

Before joining White & Case, Spencer worked as a Tech M&A and Investment Lawyer at Olswang - (Now CMS) from July 2014 to July 2016 and Fenwick & West from December 2012 to December 2013. Spencer began their career as an M&A Lawyer at Allen & Overy from September 2007 to June 2014.

Spencer Collins reports to Rene Haas, CEO. They are on a team with Paul Williamson - SVP & GM, Client, Richard Grisenthwaite - SVP, Chief Architect & Fellow, and Dipti Vachani - SVP & GM, Automotive & IoT Line of Business.
