Sriram Manoharan

Sriram Manoharan is a seasoned Staff Design Engineer at Arm since October 2015, specializing in RTL design and owning multiple debug blocks and trace interfaces for the Cortex-M85 processor, ensuring successful delivery from specification to completion while meeting performance, power, and area targets. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Engineer and CPU Engineer at Arm, focusing on system-level verification and silicon debug tasks. Before Arm, Sriram was a Senior Design Engineer at Marvell Semiconductor, contributing to system-level CPU validation and delivering emulation models for a custom ARM v8A CPU. Sriram holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Crescent Engineering College, Anna University.
