Stephen Ozoigbo

Stephen Ozoigbo currently serves as the Head of Government Partnerships and Ecosystems and Senior Director for Emerging Economies at Arm since February 2021. Stephen holds board positions with the International Visitors Council of Los Angeles and Arnergy, while also advising VertoFX and SHYFT Power Solutions. As a mentor at Santa Clara University’s Miller Center - Global Social Benefit Institute, Ozoigbo contributes to education and leadership. Ozoigbo is also a Managing Partner at LIONS@FRICA and the Founder of the African Technology Foundation. Additionally, a former Advisor at Telesto Strategy, Ozoigbo holds an MBA in Global Business from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and completed an Executive Program in Behavioral Finance at Harvard Kennedy School. Currently involved with the Export-Import Bank of the United States as an Advisory Committee Member until March 2025.
