Sumanth Chengad

Sumanth Chengad is a CPU design engineer with extensive experience in microcontroller and xDSL chip design, having worked at renowned companies such as Arm, Texas Instruments, and Infineon Technologies. They began their career as a software engineer at Tesco HSC, where they developed critical retail applications, and later took on roles in both training and technical consulting. Currently, Sumanth focuses on instruction fetch unit design for 'little' A-class cores at Arm. They hold an Advanced Diploma in ASIC Design from RV VLSI Design Center and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
