Swaraj Sha

Swaraj Sha is currently a Staff CPU Architect at Arm, where they focus on CPU architecture. They previously served as a Research Scientist in CPU architecture at Intel Labs from 2020 to 2025. Prior to that, Swaraj worked as an Engineer and later a Senior Hardware Engineer at Qualcomm, specializing in Snapdragon memory controller architecture and performance modeling from 2017 to 2019. Swaraj also gained experience as a Research Intern at Carnegie Mellon University in 2015, working on responsive inter-VM communication techniques. They earned a Bachelor's degree with honors in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bhubaneswar in 2016.
