Tim Chapman is a Staff Board Design Engineer at Arm, with over sixteen years of engineering experience spanning cryptography, defense, civil avionics, and augmented reality electronics. They have held positions at BAE Systems and Entrust, where they demonstrated expertise in FPGA design, hardware commissioning, and project management, earning multiple awards for innovation and customer performance. Tim began their academic journey at the University of Kent, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Systems Engineering with First Class honors.
