Tim Heighway

Tim Heighway is a seasoned professional in the field of electronics and application engineering, currently serving as a Principal Applications Engineer at ARM INC since January 2002, focusing on applications, customer training and consulting, product testing, and management. Prior experience includes roles as an ASIC Designer at Jennic Ltd and VLSI Technology, as well as a Senior Engineer at Thomson, where Tim contributed to ASIC designs for consumer electronics and managed design projects. Beginning a career as a Design Engineer at Plessey, Tim has built a strong foundation in ASIC design. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Physics from the University of Liverpool, an MSc in Microelectronics from The University of Edinburgh, and a role as a Research Assistant at UCL.
