Wade Walker

Wade Walker is a distinguished engineer at Arm, leading a team of six data scientists to enhance hardware verification efficiency through machine learning applications since September 2001. With a robust background in applied machine learning, Wade has contributed to Arm's research, focusing on verification, implementation, and physical design processes, and has experience in high-performance computing and energy-efficient hardware accelerators. Prior roles included developing custom EDA software and serving as a senior staff hardware architect at 3dfx Interactive, where Wade designed hardware architecture for graphics processors. Wade co-founded a computer game development company and held a senior product development role at Advanced Micro Devices, contributing to microarchitecture design for the K7 microprocessor and earning eleven patents. Wade holds a PhD, MS, and BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
