Wen Chou

Wen Chou is an experienced Senior UX Research Manager at Arm, specializing in Edge AI, with a focus on enhancing developer experience in embedded systems, IoT, tinyML, and SoC development. Chou has a strong background in user experience research, previously serving as a Staff/Lead User Experience Researcher and Senior User Experience Researcher, where responsibilities included defining research questions, building research roadmaps, and collaborating with product teams.
