Willen Yang

Willen(xile) Yang is a Senior Software Product/Technology Manager at Arm since April 2020, focusing on software strategy and ecosystem development for Arm's technologies in the China market. Prior to Arm, Willen held various roles at Cisco from 2008 to 2020, including Technical Leader, Software Engineering Manager, and Senior Software Engineer, where expertise included driving product transitions to cloud-native architectures and leading complex projects in broadband access. The early career included positions at Nortel Networks and Huawei as a Software Engineer, working on key networking technologies. Willen holds Bachelor’s degrees in Polymer Science and Computer Science from Harbin Institute of Technology.
