Yoav Levy is a seasoned VLSI/ASIC GPU Architect and Micro Architect at Arm, with experience since May 2017 in developing advanced Mali GPU technologies, including components such as the Mali Shader Core, Ray Tracing Unit, Attribute Pipe Unit, and Command Stream Frontend Unit. Prior to Arm, Yoav served as a Logic Design Team Leader and Project Manager at RAD Data Communications, focusing on Network Switch and NID SOCs from May 2009 to May 2017, and held positions as an ASIC/FPGA Design Engineer and HW Engineer, where responsibilities included board and FPGA design. Yoav began professional experience in embedded systems as a student engineer. Academic qualifications include a BSc in Computer & VLSI Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, alongside online courses in Cryptography and Hardware Security from Stanford University and the University of Maryland, respectively.
