Prior to this role, Chris was Senior Managing Director at ABTV, where expertise in business and financial advisory services was applied to enhance organizational performance. As Principal at ND STRATEGIES, LLC, a business transformation practice, Chris specialized in developing management teams for growth. Previously, Chris led Creative Memories as CEO and COO, navigating the company through bankruptcy to successful outcomes. With experience at Stanley Black & Decker as Director of Integration & Strategy for Convergent Security Solutions, Chris has a solid background in strategic planning and profit improvement. Chris holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from The Wharton School and a BS in Computer Science and Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
