Patrick Ryan

Patrick Ryan is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in asset management and accounting. Currently serving as a Senior Asset Manager at Armada Hoffler Properties since February 2017, Patrick previously held various roles at AvalonBay Communities from March 2011 to February 2017, including Construction and Development Accounting Manager. Early in the career, Patrick worked as a Staff Accountant at Beco Asset Management and gained initial experience as a Tax Intern at Cherry, Bekaert & Holland. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Old Dominion University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
