Elliot Dater

Elliot Dater is a seasoned corporate attorney with over 30 years of experience, currently serving as General Counsel at ARMADA Sunset Holdings since September 2023 and as Legal Counsel at ARMADA Supply Chain Solutions since November 2019. Prior to these roles, Elliot held various positions including Of Counsel at Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP, Shareholder at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, PC, and Counsel at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, focusing on representing Israeli companies in the U.S. Elliot also led international transactions as a Partner at Fischer Behar Chen & Co. and served as General Counsel for publicly traded companies Robomatix Technologies and Teledata Communications. In addition to legal practice, Elliot contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, teaching Law and Entrepreneurship. Elliot holds a law degree from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
