Önder Tatar

Önder Tatar is a seasoned Director of Engineering and Design with nearly two decades of experience leading multidisciplinary teams in the defense, telecommunications, aviation, and aerospace industries. They currently serve as the Director of Systems Engineering and Electronic Design at ARMELSAN and previously held significant roles at CTech, where they oversaw projects totaling approximately $45M, including NATO-compliant satellite communication systems. Önder earned a B.Sc. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi and a Master's degree in Information and Communication Systems from Technische Universität Hamburg-Harburg. Known for their expertise in system architecture and digital signal processing, Önder is dedicated to mentoring future engineers and driving technological innovation.
