Raul Meneses

Raul Meneses is an OT Cybersecurity Principal Specialist at Armexa, where they are currently implementing cybersecurity measures in process control networks. With a background in instrumentation and control systems engineering, Raul has held various roles including OT Security Associate Manager at Accenture and Network Engineer at Mobile Reasoning, Inc. They earned a Master of Liberal Studies in Computer Networking and Telecommunications from Fort Hays State University and also hold a BSEE in Electronics from Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Madero, along with an AAS in Information Technology from Johnson County Community College. Raul began their career as an intern at Policyd, S.A. de C.V., contributing to the documentation and review of ISO9001 procedures.
