Gil Dar

Gil Dar is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering management and product development. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at Armis since February 2024, Gil previously held the position of Director of Engineering at Axonius, overseeing a large R&D department and driving strategic improvements during rapid growth. Prior roles include Director of Engineering at Lemonade, where leadership encompassed multiple engineering squads, and VP of R&D at superwise.ai, where Gil established foundational R&D processes. Gil's earlier career at Wibbitz included pivotal roles such as VP of R&D and Backend and Infrastructures Team Leader, contributing to the development of core products and expanding engineering teams. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Gil has consistently focused on enhancing development practices and fostering innovation across various organizations.
