Joseph Wingo currently serves as the Director of DOD Business Strategy at Armis, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Joseph was the Director of Operations for the 16th Air Force, AFCYBER, at the United States Air Force from June 2023 to January 2024. Joseph's experience includes leadership positions within the US Space Force as the Chief of Cyber and Spectrum Operations, where notable achievements included developing strategy and policy for various cyber operations. As the Commander of the 39th Information Operations Squadron, Joseph oversaw the Air Force's only schoolhouse for Cyber Warfare and Information Operations. Additional experience includes roles focused on cyber career field management, professional continuing education, and communications within the United States Air Force. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Chemistry from Oregon State University.
