Mike Webster

Mike Webster is an experienced professional in account management and customer success with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Account Management at Armis since September 2023, Mike previously held various key roles at Forcepoint from July 2013 to August 2023, including Global Director of Customer Success, where leadership was provided to a team of 80 managing over 1,000 high-revenue accounts. Mike's accomplishments include establishing the first dedicated Operations team and achieving a 91% retention rate through focused customer success initiatives. Prior to Forcepoint, Mike was a Customer Advocate at the White House Communications Agency, coordinating communications for high-level government officials, and began a career in the US Army, where responsibilities included managing satellite communications and training personnel.
