Founded in 1983, Armko LLC is a building envelope consulting firm headquartered in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Our team of architects, building envelope consultants, and field technicians brings over 400 combined years of experience to every engagement.

We provide technical consulting services centered on the building envelope, the physical barrier separating a building’s interior from the exterior environment. Our work includes roof and building envelope analysis, exterior wall and veneer waterproofing assessments, and the design and specification of roofing and waterproofing systems. We support our clients through every phase, from initial evaluation and budgeting through construction observation and warranty closeout.

Since our founding, Armko has completed more than 7,000 consulting engagements across Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Louisiana. Our clients include K-12 school districts, higher education institutions, municipalities, healthcare systems, and commercial property owners.
