Usha has a comprehensive academic background, holding multiple degrees including a Master of Laws (LLM) with specializations in Personal Law and Law of Crime, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Accounts & Auditing, among others. Their expertise encompasses research, budgeting, taxation, and statutory compliance, evidenced by their prior roles as Finance Head and Sr. Finance & Admin Officer. Usha has managed interactions with various regulatory bodies, including the Charity Commissioner and the Enforcement Directorate.
