Or started their career as the Founder & VP Sales at Take A Look, where they managed a team of 25 sales reps and supervised the financial and accounting aspects of the business. From there, they joined Tapingo as a Sales and Business Development Manager, where they led the Israeli sales team and conducted meetings with potential customers. Or then moved on to OrderIT system ltd. as a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for locating and contacting potential clients and conducting negotiations.

Or then transitioned to Como (acquired Keeprz) as a Sr. Sales Account Executive, where they played a key role in the company's growth and acquisition. Or managed international sales through multiple channels and built long-term relationships with customers. Or also worked closely with the COO, head of marketing, and senior account managers to penetrate new accounts.

Following their time at Como, Or joined OwnBackup as a Director - Global Business Development, where they expanded the company's global footprint and was responsible for business development efforts in different regions.
