Michael Sprigg

Michael Sprigg has extensive program management experience with various companies as well as experience in the US Army. Their most recent role is as Program Manager and Subcontractor Manager at Armor Express. Prior to that, they worked at KDH Defense Systems as a Program Manager. In the US Army, they served as a Battery Commander for a High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) and as Battalion Logistics and Sustainment Officer for a 400+ personnel organization. Michael also served as a Fire Support Officer and Headquarters Platoon Leader in an Advise and Assist Brigade in Iraq. At LMI Aerospace, they worked as a Program Manager for the 787 Electronic Racks assembly and as a Warehouse Manager.

Michael Sprigg received their Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2009. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Norton Community High School in 2005. In 2021, they completed their Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Kansas.
