Florentin Pascal

Florentin PASCAL is an accomplished Supply Chain professional with extensive experience in demand planning, project management, and process optimization. Currently serving as the Responsable Projet Supply Chain at ARMOR-IIMAK since August 2022, Florentin has successfully integrated IIMAK into the ARMOR group while implementing a global S&OP process that increased service rates from 78% to 98%. Previously, at Hermès, Florentin held the role of Senior Demand Planner APAC, overseeing significant improvements in forecasting accuracy and managing the launch of Hermès' Beauty segment. With a background that includes positions at Estée Lauder Companies and Coca-Cola European Partners, Florentin has developed a strong expertise in managing forecasts, leading teams, and optimizing production and stock allocation within various industries. Florentin holds an Advanced Master from Audencia and an Engineering Degree from UTBM, supplemented by international studies at Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and Newcastle School of English.
