Alex East

Alex East has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Alex started their career as an Analyst Programmer at The Cable Corporation and later became Global Solutions Architect at DST Innovis. Alex then worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at SGS, where they were responsible for automating manual test cases. Alex gained experience in sales engineering after joining ManTech Cyber Solutions International, where they worked as a Sales Engineer. Later, they joined LogRhythm as an Enterprise Sales Engineer and managed all aspects of pre-sales support. From 2017 to 2020, Alex worked at Kenna Security as a Senior Sales Engineer, where they managed and executed a successful PoC process and revamped the demo environment and demo process. Alex then worked as a Solutions Architect at ReversingLabs from 2020 to 2021 before joining Elevate Security as a Senior Sales Engineer in 2021. Currently, Alex works as a Senior Sales Engineer at ArmorCode Inc.

Alex East earned a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic of North London from 1981 to 1985. Prior to that, Alex attended The John Hampden Grammar School from 1976 to 1980, earning an O Level degree, field of study unknown. In terms of additional certifications, Alex earned several certificates, such as Cloud Security from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in October 2019, and Usable Security from Coursera Verified Certificates in October 2014, amongst others.
