Praneet Khare

Praneet Khare is the current VP of Engineering and MD for India at ArmorCode. Praneet was previously the India Site Leader & Senior Director of Engineering at Sophos from January 2019 to June 2021. Praneet was also the Co-Founder & Engineering Leader at Avid Secure Inc from July 2018 to June 2021, before it was acquired by Sophos. Prior to that, they were the Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer at Rizort from February 2017 to May 2018. Praneet has also worked as the Vice President and Head of Engineering – Domain Systems and Data Platforms at InMobi from July 2015 to February 2017.

Praneet Khare attended the Indian Institute of Technology in Roorkee, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Technology. Praneet also attended Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they studied mathematics, biology, chemistry, physics, and English.
