Rick Molakala

Rick Molakala is the current Head of Business Development & Alliances at ArmorCode. Prior to joining ArmorCode, Rick was with Dori AI. Before that, they were with Alchemist Accelerator.

Rick has over 20 years of experience in the technology and financial industries. Rick started their career in 1997 as an equity derivatives trader with UBS. In 2000, they moved to Merrill Lynch as an Asia equities trader. In 2001, they joined Lehman Brothers, where they held various roles until the company's collapse in 2008.

After Lehman Brothers, Rick worked in technology risk advisory at Deloitte from 2015 to 2016. Rick then joined IEX Group, Inc. as a product manager in 2016. In 2017, they joined Cavirin Systems, Inc. as Vice President of Business Development & Alliances Strategy.

Rick has a proven track record in business development and go-to-market activities, with a focus on the cybersecurity industry. Rick has experience working with cloud providers, ISVs, security services providers, and consulting firms. Rick is a strategic thinker with a passion for building successful partnerships and driving growth.

Rick Molakala has a Bachelor of Science from Canisius College, where they double-majored in MIS and Finance.

Rick Molakala reports to Nikhil Gupta, CEO. They work with LingRaj Patil - Head of Marketing, Deepak Yadav - Chief Architect, and Anant Misra - CTO and Co-Founder.
