Jonathan Tice is the current CRO at Armored Things. Prior to their current role, they served as the Chief Customer Officer at FocusVision from January 2015 to June 2021. In this role, they led commercial efforts for a global provider of survey, research and analytics software supporting enterprises and research agencies including 1700 customers and 75% of the Fortune 100. Jonathan was also a member of the executive team reporting into the CEO.
Under Jonathan's leadership, the company operationalized a metrics-driven sales approach and improved software win rate 15% YoY, lessened customer churn to 0.5% (104% net revenue churn) while achieving 17% IARR growth YOY in 2020. Additionally, they oversaw total ARR growth of 480% from 2015-2020.
Prior to FocusVision, Jonathan served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Critical Mix from December 2010 to April 2013. Before Critical Mix, they were the VP, Sales and Marketing at Authentic Response from July 2006 to December 2010. In 2013, they also served as the Senior Vice President Of Global Sales at Decipher from April 2013 to December 2014.
Jonathan Tice has a Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Science from Boston College and a Bachelor of Arts and Science from the University of Melbourne. Jonathan also has certification from the Pavilion in CRO School.
