Todd Underwood

Senior Software Engineer II at Armory

Todd Underwood began their career in 2010 as a New Media Communications Laboratory Assistant at Oregon State University. In 2011, they became an Associate Software Engineer Intern at CBS Interactive. Todd then became a Software Engineer at CBS Interactive in 2012, where they worked with a small team to create specifications, develop, and maintain back end solutions for Download.com. In 2014, they moved to Blizzard Entertainment as an Associate Software Engineer. In 2015, they joined Nike as a Senior Software Engineer and Product Manager, where they maintained and extended the Cerberus Secrets Manager project on Github, led the effort to migrate Nike's OSS projects to GitHub Actions for Continuous Integration, and improved the continuous deployment process. In 2021, they joined Armory as a Senior Software Engineer I and Senior Software Engineer II.

Todd Underwood obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and New Media Communication from Oregon State University between 2007 and 2012. In 2021, they were a speaker at the Spinnaker Summit 2021, hosted by The Linux Foundation. Todd also obtained an Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2021. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in July 2017.
