Dan Brady

Dan Brady is an experienced professional in customer experience and success, currently serving as the Director of CX at ARMRA since February 2025. Prior to this role, Dan was the Director of Customer Success at Awesome CX from July 2023 to February 2025, and held the position of Customer Success Manager at Pura Vida Bracelets from September 2020 to July 2023.
