Ron Cramer

Ron Cramer is a seasoned professional in the flooring industry with extensive experience spanning over four decades. As the Business Owner of Big Bear Flooring Solutions since October 2022, Ron offers flooring installation and consulting services. Prior to this role, Ron worked at Armstrong Flooring, Inc. from 2005 onward as an Installation Systems Developer, focusing on flooring installation systems development and testing across both commercial and residential markets. Ron's career at Armstrong Flooring Inc. began in April 1979 as an Installation Systems Specialist, where responsibilities included developing flooring installation systems and managing resilient adhesives. From August 1987 to August 2005, Ron served as Manager of Field Installation Services at Armstrong World Industries, overseeing installation services for the eastern half of the United States. Ron holds a diploma in General Studies from Conestoga Valley High School, earned in 1977.
