Anna Pickup has extensive experience in financial reporting and advisory services, beginning with a summer internship at Ernst & Young in 2009. Anna served as an Associate Director at RSM UK from September 2022 to September 2025, providing finance function support and financial reporting advisory under UK GAAP and IFRS. Prior to this, Anna was a Client Services Director at Sedulo for a brief period in 2022 and held multiple managerial positions in the Financial Reporting Group at EY between 2017 and 2020, ultimately advancing to Senior Manager. Currently, Anna is the Director and Head of Financial Reporting at Armstrong Watson, leading a team that specializes in compliance and advisory services, and has also founded a golf networking group called The Club, aimed at creating an inclusive golfing environment. From September 2020 to May 2022, Anna served as President of ICAEW West Yorkshire and York.
