Keith Francis

Keith Francis has extensive experience in network engineering and technical support, currently serving as an IP Network Engineer at Armstrong since April 2011. Prior to this role, Keith worked at Ericsson from 1996 to 2009 as a Technical Support Engineer III, and at Mellon Bank from June 1988 to November 1998 as a Network Operational Engineer, where responsibilities included migrating the network to an Ethernet, fiber-optic backbone and troubleshooting various network devices. Earlier in Keith’s career, a position as a Field Service Technician involved installing and maintaining legacy mainframe equipment and completing numerous PC upgrades and repairs. Keith holds an Associate degree in Electronics from Penn Technical Institute, earned between 1986 and 1988.
