Arndt Construction was founded in 2005 and incorporated in 2014. We have found a good niche for ourselves using the best practices of construction management, such as P6 scheduling, 3 modeling, use of Procore, etc., that are often associated with large national firms, but applying it locally and at a smaller scale to projects that range from a few hundred thousand dollars to twelve million dollars, and range the spectrum from residential to healthcare construction. We have also built our reputation around the concept of predictability when it comes to project scheduling.
