Olalere Ibrahim has a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. Olalere has worked in various engineering roles, starting as an Industrial Trainee at Philab Technologies specializing in electrical installation and street lighting. Olalere then moved on to roles in solar engineering at Dammuel Integrated Power Solutions and Havenhill Synergy Limited. Currently, Olalere serves as a Senior Operations Engineer at Arnergy, where Olalere maintains customer records and project milestones, along with handling repairs and maintenance logs. During their time at the Ministry of Energy, Sokoto State, Olalere worked as a Junior Electrical Engineer focusing on power transformers and general substation upkeep.
