Calin Cretu

Calin Cretu is a Deep Learning R&D Engineer at Arnia Software, specializing in the research and development of advanced algorithms for Natural Language Processing and computer vision applications, including real-time 3D human pose estimation and face identification. Cretu also serves as a Scrum master and assists with employee onboarding. Previous experience includes roles as a Teacher Assistant at the University of Bucharest, where Cretu taught computer vision algorithms, and as a Data Scientist at AMOMA.com and Gameloft, focusing on customer segmentation and user retention. Cretu's foundational skills include FrontEnd development and Android development. Cretu holds a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, both from the University of Bucharest.
