David Emanuelson

David Emanuelson currently serves as a Partner at Arnold & Porter since September 2023. Prior to this role, David held the position of Associate General Counsel and Head of M&A Regulatory at Intel Corporation from May 2017 to September 2023. David's experience also includes serving as Senior Corporate Counsel for Antitrust Americas at Novartis from February 2014 to April 2017, and as a Senior Associate at Baker Botts LLP from March 2011 to January 2014. David began a career in law as a Senior Associate at Howrey LLP and an Associate at Jones Day. Academically, David obtained a J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Northern Illinois University. David graduated from DeKalb High School in 1996.
