Following a break, they attended the Rochester Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2005, focusing on Graphic Media/Photography. In 2018, Frank enrolled in Southern New Hampshire University and completed a Master of Science (MS) in Cyber Security between 2018 and 2020. Additionally, Frank obtained several certifications, including the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification in April 2020, the CompTIA PenTest+ ce Certification, the CompTIA Network Vulnerability Assessment Professional – CNVP Stackable Certification, and the Nutanix Certified Professional 5 - Multicloud Infrastructure in June 2021, and they are expected to obtain the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² in February 2023.
