Molly C. currently serves as Vice President of Contraceptive Choice and Access at Arnold Ventures, overseeing a $17 million portfolio aimed at enhancing equitable access to contraception. Previously, Molly worked at Healthy Futures of Texas as Special Advisor to the CEO, focusing on revenue diversification and the integration of multiple entities, and as Chief Strategy Officer, developing a strategic plan to improve young Texans' wellbeing. With extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, including serving as Executive Director for Texas Campaign to Prevent Teen Pregnancy, where Molly co-led a significant merger, and as Executive Director at Texas Partnership for Out of School Time, Molly established impactful programs and secured substantial funding. Molly holds an MBA in Strategy & Corporate Social Responsibility from The University of Manchester and a BA in Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin.
