Christopher Mathieson

Christopher Mathieson is an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently leading projects at ARO Drilling since August 2021. Prior roles include Project Manager at International Maritime Industries, where responsibilities encompassed new builds and maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) for a joint venture in Saudi Arabia. Christopher also held Project Management positions at Songa Offshore focusing on CAT-D projects, and Assistant Project Manager roles at Stena Drilling, overseeing engineering projects for offshore drilling units. Earlier experience includes significant contributions as a Senior Project Engineer at Archer, and Project Engineer at Transocean, managing upgrade and repair projects globally. Christopher began the career as an Electrical Surveyor with Rig Inspection Services and ModuSpec, conducting assessments and commissioning for drilling units. Education was completed at Bridge of Don Academy from 2001 to 2006.
