James Wright

James Wright has extensive experience in the drilling industry, currently serving as Operations Manager and Rig Manager at ARO Drilling since March 2017. Prior to this role, James spent over 13 years at Rowan Companies, where multiple managerial positions were held, including Rig Manager and Maintenance Manager for South East Asia. James began the career at Rowan Companies, Inc. in 1991, progressing through various technical roles, including Roustabout and Electrician. Educational background includes a short program at London Business School in 2022 and an Associate's degree in Automotive and Diesel Technology from Universal Technical Institute, Inc., earned between 1989 and 1990.
