Joseph Singley

Joseph Singley possesses extensive experience in the drilling industry, currently serving as Rig Manager at ARO Drilling since February 2025. Previously, Joseph was the Offshore Installation Manager at ARO Drilling (a joint venture between Saudi Aramco and Rowan Companies, PLC) from January 2021 to March 2025, where expertise was applied in managing operations of various MODUs and deepwater drillships while facilitating communication among crews, clients, and contractors. Joseph's earlier roles at Rowan Companies from June 2001 to January 2021 included positions such as Tool Pusher, Driller, Assistant Driller, Crane Operator, Floorman, and Roustabout, all focused on ensuring safety and operational efficiency in rig operations. Education includes attendance at Jay High School from 1990 to 1993.
