Ricky Shearing is a Senior Project Engineer (Structural) at ARO Drilling, a position held since 2025. Previously, Ricky worked as a Rope Access Technician at Armultra Limited in 2024 and served as a Construction Supervisor at Allrig from 2023 to 2024. Prior to these roles, Ricky was a Rope Access Plater and Technician for PD&MS Group in early 2025.
