Jacob Roberts

Jacob Roberts is a Front Line Services Manager at ARO, where they currently serve as a Senior 2nd Line Engineer. They began their career in 2015 as an apprentice at CGI before advancing to a Service Desk Analyst role on an NHS contract. Later, Jacob joined ITCS in 2017 as a Level 2 IT Engineer, eventually becoming an Escalation Engineer in 2020. In 2021, Jacob transitioned to Zimmer Biomet as an IT Technician and, in 2022, was promoted to IT Analyst. Jacob completed their education at Porthcawl Comprehensive School from 2007 to 2014.
