Stuart Zook

As Principal & Chief Investment Officer of Monument Capital Management (MCM), Stuart Zook directs the investment and operational strategies of A-Rod Corp’s real estate businesses. He joined A-Rod Corp in 2008, and since 2012, he has acted as principal on all real estate investments. Stuart previously held senior positions with The Balcor Companies, Dominium Management, and Equity Residential. In these positions, he oversaw portfolios exceeding $2 billion in value and totaling more than 40,000 units. He holds the Real Property Administration designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute and has served on boards of local apartment associations. He has a B.S from Northern Illinois University and a M.B.A. from Florida Atlantic University.
