Daphne Liou

Customer Service and Account Lead at AromaTech

Daphne Liou has a diverse work experience in the customer service industry. Daphne started their career as a Buffet Hostess at River Rock Casino Resort in 2004, before transitioning to the role of Resort Concierge in 2008. In 2012, they joined Les Clefs d'Or® International as a Member of Les Clefs d'Or Cadada, where they stayed until 2019. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at Rosewood Hotel Georgia as a Les Clefs d’Or Concierge. Currently, they are a Customer Service and Account Lead at AromaTech Inc.

Daphne Liou obtained their Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Douglas College during the period of 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they pursued Business Administration and Management, General at Vancouver Community College (VCC) from 1998 to 2000.
