Yaakov Har-Oz

Yaakov Har-Oz is currently the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Arotech Corporation since October 2000. Previously, Yaakov worked as a Partner at Ben-Ze'ev Hacohen from 1995 to 2000, where Yaakov headed the international corporate and securities department. Before that, Yaakov was an Articled Clerk at Yigal Arnon & Co. from 1993 to 1994, gaining experience in international corporate and securities practices. Yaakov also worked as an Associate Attorney at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP from 1989 to 1992, where Yaakov primarily dealt with securities offerings and commercial transactions. Yaakov received their J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in 1983 and their B.A. in Politics from Brandeis University in 1979.
