Yaakov Har-Oz is the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Arotech. Yaakov was previously with Yigal Arnon & Co. from January 1993 to December 1994 as an articled clerk where they gained experience in general international corporate and securities practice, including international public offerings of Israeli high-technology companies and various commercial international agreements. From January 1989 to December 1992, they were an associate attorney with Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP where they were primarily responsible for securities offerings, secured loan agreements, and various commercial transactions and agreements. In January 1995, they became a partner with Ben-Ze'ev Hacohen and remained there until December 2000. Yaakov then spent time as an associate attorney with Zimet Haines Moss & Friedman from January 1985 to December 1988 and with Burns Summit Rovins & Feldesman from January 1983 to December 1985.

Yaakov Har-Oz graduated from Lakeland High School and then attended Brandeis University where they received their B.A. in Politics. Yaakov went on to Vanderbilt University Law School where they were an Associate Articles Editor on the Vanderbilt Law Review from 1982-83 and a Staff member in 1981-82. Yaakov received their J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.
